Fıstako is a family business offering Antep pistachios, pistachio baklava and coffee from our shop in the Almacı Pazarı, in Gaziantep's historic Coppersmiths' Bazaar. We sort our pistachios by size and colour ourselves, make our baklava fresh every day and grind our coffee close to your order. For those who can't visit the shop, we carefully pack and ship anywhere in Türkiye.

How we make it
From the orchard to your table
Months of work go into a handful of pistachios. We follow every step ourselves.

Harvest
In late August and early September, the fully ripe clusters are picked.

Sorting
The outer hull is removed and dried; size and colour are sorted by hand.

Roasting
In small batches, at the right temperature and time, roasted just right.

Packing
Weighed in a hygienic area, vacuum packed and shipped the same day.
